Your order from our store will be delivered by Royal Mail and delivered to your door within 5-7 working days, subject to availability of the products you have ordered. All items that you purchase from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please allow extra days for local holidays, UK national holidays, weekends and sale time. If we have any issue with supply we will notify you as soon as possible
Returns Policy
It is our hope that you love your purchase from our store. If you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase within the first 28 days, you can return your item to us for a refund or a relacement. (minus the postage fee.) All we ask is that you contact us first to discuss the issue to see if we can resolve it satisfactorily for you. All items for return must be in their original condition and undamaged.
